Album Review:

Any connection the T-Bones' 1965 offering Doin' the Jerk has to surf music is marginal at best. The album is included here for the inclusion of 'Sidewalk Jerkin'' which may or may not have been inspired by the sidewalk surfing sub-theme popularized by Jan and Dean.

At any rate, it's far and away the best track on the album.
